Life Lessons on Failure

I failed. I admit it. I fail every day, and you probably do to. What am I talking about? You probably don’t remember but the last time I wrote a blog post here was in October.

I failed to keep up momentum and consistency. I should have been accountable to you as a reader and been here when I did I would. And for that I sincerely apologise.

You see, sometimes in life we just get caught up. I’ve been self employed since September and although I’ve seen success, it hasn’t’ been the smoothest ride. Time has been at a premium and I’ve had to prioritise my workload , giving that time to my paying clients.

Failure is good if you use it correctly. In fact they say in order to succeed you have to fail. The ironic thing is that I wrote  blog on consistency, and really i should be practicing what I preach.I’m learning from my failures every day where consistency is concerned, so lets see where this all goes.

What I’m saying here is this…

Don’t be afraid to fail. It’s better to try and to fail, than not to try at all. This applies to all aspects of life. You’ve only got one life to live, so go out there and do something that takes you out of your comfort zone. I think of myself as the cat with 9 lives.  I may get something wrong first time, but I have multiple chances to put things right.  I’m getting back in the driving seat for you. Let’s see where the journey takes us.
